Elisa Macedo
Elisa is a Ph.D. student in the INES program at UNC Charlotte, with a strong background in sustainability and energy efficiency for buildings and urban planning. Her academic journey is driven by a passion for teaching and researching innovative solutions that bridge technology and environmental responsibility.
With a global and multidisciplinary perspective, she believes that research and collaboration are key to tackling today’s energy challenges. When not immersed in her work, you can find her exploring nature trails or trying new cuisines around Charlotte. She loves connecting with people from different cultures and exchanging ideas about sustainability, technology, and travel.
